gamergirl 4,610 Posted September 5, 2013 We're talking Vitamin B complex gummies and I don't seem to have a problem. Every once in a while my husband makes me take a sub-lingual, but really I can't tell a difference on those days. I think the gummies work.

gamergirl 4,610 Posted September 5, 2013 The drops make me nauseas.. Anything cherry does really... Gamergirl.. How far out are you? You do1 serving a day of b complex which is 2 gummies? We're 4-5 weeks out. I started the gummies the first week. I use vitafusion b complex, and I've only been doing 1 Gummy a day. That one gummy allegedly has 500% of your B-Complex requirements so I haven't bothered with anything else on a routine basis.
LMarie 26 Posted September 6, 2013 Thank you! I will continue with my B12 Gummy until my doc tells me otherwise! 1 gamergirl reacted to this

Chellemetime 299 Posted September 6, 2013 I also take the B-12 shot. My husband gives it to me every 2 weeks. I can tell when it's time to have it because I start yawning in the middle of the day at work.
