I did a trial run today for my 2 week liquid diet...it really was not bad at all. I know I can do it, but I feel like im psyching myself out. I dont have a surgery date yet but am submitting to insurance next week...i literally can only have carnation Breakfast essentials sugar free, sugar free Jello, Water, crytal light and no chicken broth til the day before...it might not be too bad if I could have chicken broth the.whole time...anyone else psych themselves out.before their 2 week liquid diet?
