JodiAnn210 35 Posted September 5, 2013 I had the same thing. Except mine were more than 100. My doctor said I have restless leg syndrome and I jolt several times in my sleep. He also said I breathe less on my back prepared to when I lay on my side. You should have a followup appointment with the sleep doctor..feel free to ask questions.
