I wonder if you could make something similar with the reusable k-cup pod and a powdered or partially liquified buillion? I buy Better than Buillion at costco and use it to flavor Soup stock. I bet you could pack a bit of it into the reusable k-cup and instantly brew a cup of broth.

Is that a powder form base from costco? If so, I'm definitely going to get some and doing exactly that post op!

It's not really a powder, it's kind of a moister substance -- like a concentrated liquid, if that makes sense. You scoop it by the tablespoonful to add to hot liquid for broth, so you could either run a cup of hot Water (open and close the Keurig with no coffee pod inside and brew) and stir in the buillion concentrate in by the teaspoonful, or you could pack the concentrate into a reusable k-cup. I personally think the buillion concentrate straight into the mug of Water (instead of into the k-cup) is the less messy option, but either way would likely work. This stuff is in the spice aisle at costco, usually a bit further down the aisle from the powders. It comes in chicken, beef, and vegetable flavors -- all delicious.

I've read on here about unflavored Protein powders (maybe at GNC?), and this concentrate could probably be used with that as the taste is more like authentic Bone Broth and less like chicken-flavored powder. That said, keep in mind a little goes a long way. Mix and taste. :)
