Im going to start a weekly update to track my progress.

Im at week 7 started at 391 and im down to 332 f9r a total of 59lbs gone.

Today is week 8 and I haven't lost a pound all week but thats ok. What I did do is went out and picked up some clothes that fit. I went from a 4x to a 2x and from a size 60-30 to a 50-30. Thats a 10 inch progress.
