60 to a 46 in jeans and from a 4x to a 1x in shirts as of today.

Current weight is 296

So yea its been awhile but here is an updated for everyone and some inspiration for new sleevers

I started this July 25th 2013 @391lbs

Today on January 21st 2014

I'm @ 262lbs

I have gone from a size 60-62ish waist to a size 40

And from a 4x to a very comfortable 1x

At the 5.5 month time frame the weight loss slowed down but I still lose around 2 to 3 lbs a week depending on what I eat.
