For "real" food!!! I just had my follow up appt with my surgeon today. Down 25 pounds in 20 days. I told him my only real issue was getting in both the Protein AND the Water. I can do one or the other, no problem, but both are almost impossible at this point. He said staying hydrated was priority and in ONE WEEK when I start eating solids, the protein should take care of itself. I have spent all evening googling protein amounts in chicken and steak and all the foods I can't wait to grill and eat! I've also researched all the fast food restaurants we eat at so I know my options there. We are extremely busy with three kids in lots of activities so we do eat out a lot. Doesn't look like that should be a problem as long as I make the right choices. Have you ever been so excited about protein?!?!?!
