karpouzian 94 Posted September 3, 2013 Has anyone made this? What's the consistency after it is baked?
Ms.AntiBand 2,984 Posted September 3, 2013 For me, it comes out being like a thin crust pizza. I could probably tweak it to be thicker and softer, but I like it crunchy

supermom223 140 Posted September 25, 2013 Has anyone made this? What's the consistency after it is baked? just made this tonight while my family ate my homemade real pizza..honestly they tasted the same..the crust was like a thin crust pizza..I even spread some hummus on the crust by itself and it was really really good!! The key is to be sure to bake it at 450 for 20 to 25 minutes....recipe. 1 head cauliflower cooked until soft...put in food processor add garlic and onion powder..or fresh...mix in 2 eggs and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese...spray baking dish of choice...layer should only be 1/2 inch thick..so depending on the size of pan you may end up making several pizzas..I made 4 with 1 head of cauliflower...after its cooked and browned on top..top with your fav pizza toppings and bake until cheese is melted on top....slice up like a pizza and enjoy...let me know if u try it and if u like 2 J.Diesel and Bea Amaya reacted to this
