dustin551 84 Posted September 3, 2013 I'd highly recommend you begin using Morton Lite Salt if you aren't already. It has a good amount of potassium, which will help to keep your Water weight down. Try it for a week. Even if you don't have a meal where you would use salt, pour a small amount in the palm of your hand and eat it once per day.
