Ate and savored each tiny bite. What heaven. I became"full" at a teaspoon and a half. I'm probably starting three/ four days earlier than the scheduled plan, but really I am only introducing a few things to satiate my taste buds. I've reached 400 once, most days it's 100-250. Totally jealous of your 600 : ) Pre-op, I was doing a champ at getting in Protein. Now, I can barely finish 1/2 a Protein shake a day. Hopefully I can make some serious progress in the next few days. I've gotten in maybe 1200 calories over the last 9 days. That can't be healthy in the long run. I'm doing well with Protein shakes, I can take almost 50g a day, but calories is another thing! HumorMe00.... You will get there. Progress takes time. I am really enjoying tying all these different types of Soups and Protein Shake reciepes. Pinterest has some awesome Protein shake receipes.
