I did take Omeprazole 20 mg once a day for 2 months and of course all my Vitamins... And now its a totally different life style (I'm fine with) just learning how to eat, when, slowing down etc etc ... mizzchrisv 23 Posted September 3, 2013 That is awesome before you know it your gonna be skinny mini haha.. ya the 2 week liquid diet is doing ok so far but its the not filling full thing so I think I am having to much Tomato lol but the supplements aren't bad I take one chewable tablet Multivitamin and then 4 (throughout the day) Calcium chewables they are called bariatric support at hi health and really cheap a lot cheaper than buying all the supplements u need separately haha... mizzchrisv 23 Posted September 25, 2013 Ya Dr Chen did great well he said he did great because I did great I am now 265 starting weight was 292 feels great. And mine was at banner gateway lol so many banners LOL. We should all go to a support group together...
