Miracle tea and taste awesome

Recommended Posts

For the first time I had BM issues due to the high Iron pills. My friend suggested this tea that she uses once a day. Natural and amazing results. I bought a box for $2.25.

Does it have senna in it? If it does don't drink much of it as you will get cramps and very loose stools.

I'm only using once every 3 days. It really last a long time or so appears and no cramping. I don't drink it daily since I don't need it. Once every 3 days goes far. Better than OT stool products

I looked it up and it does have Senna. Senna is an herb FDA approved to be used in laxatives. Makes sense. I agree with you Looseitsoon. I don't think it should be used daily. Actually I have no intentions of using but once a week right after my Iron pill day. I didn't have cramps, it was a normsl BM and felt really good afterwards since I felt that nothing was left behind. Lol.

Take extra Vitamin C and you won't be constipated! Always take one with your Iron pills!

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
