I'm 6 days out. Having pain in the middle of my chest. Wondering if its normal? Heartburn?

I'm one month out, and I still feel a lump in the middle of my chest. It's kind of a pressure, not really pain... and sometimes it just feels like I've swallowed a golf ball. I feel it mostly if I've eaten too fast, took too big a bite, or didn't chew enough before swallowing.

yea I been doing a lot of walking plus house work. I think it might be the Soup I'm eating it has a lot of spices in it :/ I called my dr. He says it's normal after surgery. I suffer from anxiety so little stuff like this freaks me out hahaha
