Continuing swallowing hard? What is it?

i was banded Nov. 14 and have only 1 cc fill.

i have had a few episodes and i don't know what to call them or what they are. i get a slight pain in my chest and then keep swallowing hard like something needs to go down. Eventually it passes but it uncomfortable while happening. What is it and what do i do to stop it? (No sliming at the time)

I get that too. My doctor said that the food is stuck between your upper and lower stomach in the band area. He said to chew my food better and eat slower.

Hey Cal,

I was banded on 11/14 too. I have a 10-12cc band and my first fill was 3cc. Sounds to me like your eating too fast. I agree with Chubster - try eating slower and chew better.

Yup, sounds like a stick before it progresses to slimes or PB.
