I used it wherever I would have normally used Pasta or rice. Under stir fry, with Parmesan, olive oil and feta, as a side with chicken or chops...

I love spaghetti squash.

I make a dish where I use it with some shrimp, imitation crabmeat, stir fried vegetables, garlic and olive oil. It is delicious!

I love using zucchini and meat balls and marinara. Soooo good. I called them zoodles. My family likes them even though they don't watch what they eat.
