Four days out and I have thrush ...

And I am miserable. I had surgery in Tijuana and decided to stay a few days in San Diego after leaving to recuperate a bit more before flying, and I developed thrush today from all the antibiotics. I called my Mx doctor and she said the driver would try to bring me medicine tomorrow on his trip into town. My throat is angry and red and swollen, and it was already hard enough to swallow. It feels like there's a big lump in it. Anyone else have thrush afterward? I am too newly sleeved, my doc says I am still on a liquid diet so I can't even eat yogurt to help. It's hard to even take Water. This too shall pass -- right?
