Hunger and post workout rebuild

Anyone else get hungrier than the usual very little about a day or two after an intense workout on your muscles. Not cardio but muscle building? Worried cause I feel like I could really detriment because of it.

Perfectly normal. I get ravenous after weight lifting. That's just those muscles asking for fuel. My best tip is take in a whey Protein Shake as soon as possible after lifting to help with recovery. Unlike cardio, if you're going to lift weights, you have to eat back some of the calories you burned working out. Otherwise, you're starving your muscles and defeating the purpose of strength training.
