Georgia 2,908 Posted September 3, 2013 It works. I think the key for me is keeping workouts between 30-60 min' date=' no longer, including warmup, cool down and stretching. I have on average 3 hours an evening to spend with my wife, less if I have dead lines to crunch through at work. I do try and get quality sleep at night so essentially retire at 9:30 pm and am up at 5:30 am to do a quick run and then start work at 6am. I workout mid morning and mid afternoon usually. Work is usually done by 6 pm for the day. Run after dinner is new, but I am going to try it for 30 min.[/quote'] So you are working out morning, mid morn and mid afternoon. Wowzers. I'm assuming from that you are your own boss!!!!!
lsu2868 708 Posted September 4, 2013 Well, doesn't look like I am gonna get to much walking in today. I have had the headache from hell all day. I didn't walk the warehouse at lunch as planned. I plan on jumping on the treadmill for a little while tonight but also plan on crashing early. That just means more to do tomorrow but never giving up! Great job everone on your numbers the last few days. Very impressive. I can't wait to get back to full strength so I can get my numbers up there. Best news is, I get my staples removed tomorrow and move to the pureed stage...real food! I am so tired if sweet shakes. I will still have 3 or 4 small shakes to get my Protein but so glad to also have real food again. Remember, drink drink drink your liquids! 3 ProudGrammy, No game and Butterthebean reacted to this

I think you're doing amazing. 2 lsu2868 and Georgia reacted to this

Well I know that you and fiddle should start your own challenge! You guys can do a 100 in 2 days!! Maybe we should start a thread for 500? The rest of us poor souls are going to suffer for that 100 Except butter of course we all know he can. Right butter?
