Day 10 and not hungry

Been drinking liquids right now trying hot green tea with 2 splendas some milk. I was a big coffee guy but i tried it and it didnt taste the same and green tea is better go figure.

Anyways i feel very weak today. I dont want to force food. Wife is making instant mashed and i have a bottle of gravy and see if that works. The tea is going down well. I havent felt any hunger at all is this normal?

I am at day 11 and really not hungry either. I still get down 4 8oz shakes a day plus almost 64oz of Water a day and occasional Jello. I start pureed on wed 9/4. I just try and have something every 2 hours. Just make sure you are getting your liquids and Protein, that is very important right now.

I am 5 weeks out today and I rarely get hungry. When I do, it is NOTHING like pre-sleeve. Most days, I have to force myself to eat. food just does not have that appeal to me anymore. I focus on getting my Protein and fluids each day though.

This is very normal.... I am at about 10 and still have days I am not hungry. I have to remind myself to get in all the protien and liquids. As long as you do that you are sAfe. I drink the premier shakes from costco. They have 30 grams of protien each. Continue to sip, sip, sip liquids. I had many days in the beginning I felt weak that is normal.also. Best Wishes

I am 12 days out and I get slightly hungry but not really that much. I try to drink my Protein I have been eating small pieces of chicken and chew very long and well I do fine with maybe three bites. I feel so much better after I eat just a little something rather than nothing, you get to week if you don’t do your shakes or puree’s!!
