danbo21 30 Posted August 29, 2013 Hard work is an understatement. It's so hard staying away from certain foods. Complete change in lifestyle. The hardest part is ingesting Protein. Anyone else having this problem? Also, not drinking while I eat 1 yola reacted to this

Not drinking during meals has been okay for me, but waiting when I'm done eating is harder. I'm down 53lbs at two months. You're killing it! Sent from my iPhone using VST[/quote'] I found it hard at first to get a lot of Protein. But after 3 months, I was having about 5 shakes a day. I would double scoop it in the mornings and have a shake before and after workouts. Other than that, just find something that tastes good I love muscle milk chocolate flavored
