Reyrey 4 Posted August 29, 2013 I feel like my weight loss journey is taking too long. I don't feel like I'm in a good place right now kinda like I've reached a stand still... is this normal? I'm going to start exercising more now and throw in weights but I need to eat healthier (I know) but I can't think of stuff to make... I bought a recipe book but it's like crazy stuff. I want simple healthy stuff I can make quickly and take too work... any suggestions as to certain exercises or recipe books? ? Please help! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You know they go in there and cut that bad stuff out and then magic we lose weight! I eat my donuts still once or twice a week! But it's ok because I only do it in moderation! 1 donut now! To be honest I knew for a fact that the surgery WAS NOT the easy way out but I think deep down inside I kinda did, I wanted my surgery & body to do the work instead of me..... which I now know it's super wrong but the important part is that I've come to realize it's not, AT ALL, and now I wanna put in my part (hoping it's not to late) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I am about three months out and I have been watching what I eat but for some reason my weight loss is slow, so I am going to kick it up a notch and exercise more.
