I notice after I lost 19 pounds I pause there is that normal.I have lost inches but I want to see results on pounds I feel like I'm doing everything right has this happen to anyone frustrating:(.

You just have to give your body time. With loosing weight or trying to loose weight there is always the stalls and disapointment. This is not a race so just be patient and continue doing teh right things, when it happens you will be very happy. Some of us are slow losers and some are faster. Just be patient. I know its hard to do but you can do it.

I understand what u are going thru I feel the same but I continue to eat right and exercise and I can see the inches coming off, I am trying to not get discouraged

Wow I guess a lot of us are going thru this hopefully things will change for all of us.I saw the Doctor last week and mention this to him he said just stick with Protein and drink lots of Water.< /p>
