Melanie757 36 Posted August 28, 2013 I'm 8 weeks out and my stomach cramps a little with food. Steamed shrimp and grilled chicken seems to be the only foods my sleeve like. I tend to want more to drink than eat. I'm about to start 12 hour shifts at work and I need food ideas to pack. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Vegasme 30 Posted August 28, 2013 I also do 12 hr shifts .. I like to drink a Protein Shake on my drive to work then I pack lots of Snacks for work .. Examples Greek yogurt Soup chicken or tuna salad fruit cup Cottage cheese String cheese sugar free pudding I take a large G2 Gatorade every day to work Also a large Water Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Mike in LA 14 Posted August 28, 2013 Same here ... I'm just at the 2 month mark and have gotten very used to my routine. I bring an Ensure Protein shake, A Greek yogurt and lately have added in a small banana for some difference. I find that and the Vitamin Water zero last me for my full shifts ... Hope it helps!!
