EVERYTHING makes me nauseated!

I'm starting on my 2nd week of puréed and I'm not doing so great not getting all my Protein in bc I CAN'T EAT hardly anything!!! Please tell me I'm not alone!!! I've got 4 weeks of this!!! I'm supplementing Isopure 15g of protein!! Please tell me it gets better!!!! I can hardly stomach puréed food, I gag just looking at it!!

I was so concerned about not getting my Protein because I just couldn't tolerate much. The most important thing is that you stay hydrated!! Don't worry, as your stomach heals you will be able to tolerate more foods. I am 8 months out. I am so happy with how things have turned out.

Hang in there. I know it may not seem like it right now, but it will get better. I am 9 weeks post op now and still struggle to get H20 and Protein in. I am still on mushies. It is different for everyone, but you will feel better. The first several weeks, you just need to rest, heal, and learn how to sip your liquids and do your best to get those fluids down. Don't stress if you can't get them all in, as it is a process for all of us. You are doing fine.

Thanks for the encouragement!!! It really is hard right now!!! I just emailed all my concerns to my NUT! Hopefully she can give me a few pointers and tricks!!!
