Well balanced diet Low calories 1400.Eatting Yogurt twice aday,High Fiber Cereal, salads, mixed vegetables and some meat.< /p> When Im driving any where I have a fixed Snacks for the kidds and I,Preventing over eating. Snacks Fresh Barries & walnuts lots of fruit.< /p> Try walking twenty minutes a day Water before after. I,put my scale away and just watched my food intake and I lost it. Im starting to find the tatse for grilled salom ( FARM RAISED ) This little battle has got me fired up to lose 25 pounds in two months. well every take care Most of all God bless, John.
