lubelu 55 Posted August 27, 2013 Does anyone know of an app that will allow you to input and track changes in your body measurements? I want o be able to see the changes in my body with measurements. How does everyone else do it. At the moment I'm just writing it in a table. I'ld like one a little more high tech. Thanks xx

danaevett 179 Posted August 27, 2013 Apparently the only measurements you can keep up with in MyFitnessPal is neck, waist & hips. Unless I'm just not doing it correctly. I use an app called "Notes" on my iPhone. I store all kinds of lists and info in there. It's a really simple but useful app. Hope this helps. 1 juliansmommy reacted to this
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted August 27, 2013 If you go to check in, then measurements, there is an option to "track additional". You can add whatever you'd like!

I was trying to use my phone and it didn't have that option on there. Thanks anyway!
mom2five 292 Posted August 27, 2013 I also use an app called body tracker. I really like it. It allows you to add a progress picture for each time you do your measurements so that you can compare. It's a pretty awesome app.
Brighteyes 237 Posted August 27, 2013 I also use BodyCompare. It allows you to use your phone to take pictures on a delayed setting so you can take pictures of your self. And then it lets you set up the pictures so you can do side-by-side pics and see the difference.
