supbanana 153 Posted August 27, 2013 65 pounds in 6 months? That's ten pounds a month, or 2.5 pounds/week, which is pretty much perfect. I'm sure it feels slow compared to some, but that's amazing progress! 1 JerseyGirl68 reacted to this
ChristineR 128 Posted August 27, 2013 I'm not completely for sure. I've heard you lose the most the first year ... I've heard at 6-8 mo it slows down ... I've heard people still lose after 2 years. I don't know what is going to happen. LOL I'm just rolling with it!

Richard Foor 655 Posted August 27, 2013 I don't think there is a true answer to your questions, because everyone is different. My outlook has always been if the scale is still moving down things are great, if it slows or stops I wait a week and check again. Good Luck. 1 gamergirl reacted to this

Chaparra 85 Posted August 27, 2013 I'm also 6 months out (sleeved 2-8-13). I have been struggling the last month. I was 203 this morning (262 on surgery day) and keep going up and down 1 pound daily for the entire month. It is irritating, but I just believe that I've gotten to the point where it will be really slow now.

cindycee 0 Posted August 27, 2013 Hello I am new here but I had my surgery 6weeks ago and have lost 32 lbs.but when I do eat food after 2 bites it feels like I swallowed a golf ball and I get a funny cramp at the very top of the sleeve like in the center of the ribcage....has anyone else felt this
marfar7 1,533 Posted August 27, 2013 Im a slow loser too. I've lost 18 lbs in the last 6 wks. But I started at 174 (slipped lapband) so I knew Id lose it slower. I also know they sy the last 20 lbs are the hardest and I have about 26 lbs to go so I know I will really start slowing down. Already seeing that. The last 6 days I bounced begween 158 to 157. Tnis morning I finally made it to 156. So relieved the scale is finally moving. It'll eventually all come off. I believe in the school of thought that the slower u lose it the longer ull keep it off
