FYI I had the squash and it was not a good thing first thing I have eaten that has given me chills and made me feel queasy, I didnt vomit, but I wanted to, just havent had a chance to post that to the blog yet. kalee76 28 Posted August 26, 2013 When I was on the pureed food stage I just make a meal like baked chicken and broccoli. Then I blended them in a blender until it was the consistancy of applesause (I blended them separately) I also added some unflavored protien powder and some broth for moisture.
