San Jose! I live in Los Gatos but I had my surgery in San Jose (I just saw your other post about it)

I'm a stomach sleeper too. The first week or so was hard because I couldn't lay on my stomach.

For the most part I slept semi propped up..

I read that one or two people actually slept on their stomach right away, but for me the pain factor made it impossible.

I couldn't sleep on my stomach for about a week, but was exhausted from the surgery, so I did fall to sleep.

I didn't have much pain after surgery. I slept propped up for 3 nights, then on my side with a pillow applying pressure to my belly for about 2-3 nights, and then one morning about a week after surgery I randomly woke up on my stomach. Been sleeping like that again since. The only thing is that I cant really strain too much to get comfortable... The stretching of my belly feels uncomfortable.

I was sleeved on June 28 & am also a stomach sleeper. From June 28 all the way to July 27 I slept in a recliner chair @ almost a 90° angle!!! It was horrible. I wanted so badly to sleep in my bad & tried a few times but every time I tried I put myself in excruciating pain. I mean even to lay in my bed on my side was terrible. I say take it easy & try with caution.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
