gamergirl 4,610 Posted August 25, 2013 8 oz of halibut to feed 3 people....and we have leftovers!! Bahahahahaha! It took us an hour to make halibut with julienned vegetables in parchment, palak paneer, and stuff and we each had two bites, and we were done. Soooo ridiculous it was funny. Out eaten by a 90-year old with jetlag. Yeah baby. First day on soft foods. 1 egg in egg salad and 1 ounce of fish. 2 natedog51 and Kaj reacted to this

And my dad hates leftovers so I will need to find someone to give the food to.

I have to wait until he cleans out the fridge 1-2 more times and ends up throwing out food before he will realize that needs to change.

gamergirl 4,610 Posted August 26, 2013 You are an amazing cook! Yum! Thank you! But this one was my husband's doing. I posted the recipe in my blog here. I'm good for rough and ready, every day cooking. He's fantastic at fancy schmancy.
