nsquared 232 Posted August 25, 2013 I have lost a little more than 100lbs and have about 30 - 40 to go. I thought it would be a great idea to start a thread for others who are close to goal so we can share our stories, habits and get advice from the vets that have made it to goal. Losing may get more difficult as we get closer to goal and if there are any tips to get there, I'd know I'd love to hear them. My hope is to to be down 30lbs by the end of October 2013. I'd love to hear tips and about the journey of others. 2 ProudGrammy and TwinsMama reacted to this

Sherri297 81 Posted August 25, 2013 I am several months ahead of you.....surgery was in October last year. I too have 30-40 lbs. to go. I have been basically stuck at the same weight for the last 5 months, it's very frustrating. I've upped my exercise, but the sugar demon has crawled back into my life. I've fallen off of the wagon big time, so I to would be very interested in getting advice from those who have made it to goal. I'm not giving up, and I feel very blessed to have lost the 100 lbs. that I have, I guess I was just hoping that it wouldn't be this hard. 1 ProudGrammy reacted to this

Sherri297 81 Posted August 27, 2013 I wish I could but they have this stupid rule that says you have to have a 100 posts before you can post there, so here I am posting about nothing to get to my 100 posts. ???? 2 Sofficial and ProudGrammy reacted to this
