WorkItOutWoman 185 Posted August 25, 2013 Get a compression shirt in the meantime
920amy 409 Posted August 25, 2013 Spanx does make mens compression garments. Otherwise, once all of your weight is gone, if you don't have any luck firming them up, and still feel self concious about them, you can have them surgically removed.
gettingslim 86 Posted August 25, 2013 Im not that vain. Im not subconscious enough to spend 140 on a shirt just to hide man boobs. Thanks for the suggestions so far.

aroundhky 1,174 Posted August 26, 2013 Sometimes I'm not real sure there's a lot that can be done. Do you do any chest exercises? That's what I'm implementing to help and it seems to be working a little. Also, you seem fairly young low "T", but are your testosterone levels ok?

PdxMan 4,292 Posted August 26, 2013 I wear the Under Armour compression shirts. I can usually find a $10 off coupon at d**k's Sporting Goods. They keep everything, no just the moobs, from jiggling too much while exercising, too. Well worth the investment. ** Edit ** Ha! The auto-censor made asterisks out of the reference to the sporting goods store ... I guess they need to change their name to Richard's Sporting Goods. 1 aroundhky reacted to this

Are you currently taking anything...testosterone shots/cream, etc? I've read on here a few times that low T can contribute to this issue.
gettingslim 86 Posted August 26, 2013 Just the synthroid. My doc says thats whats causing the low t
mark! 449 Posted August 28, 2013 If your levels are off, you may want to get your estrogen levels checked out. Low T doesn't play much in the role of gynocomastia, or gyno, but elevated estrogen levels are a major component. Get the levels checked, and if the doc won't give you anything for the low t, or high E, fire the doctor.
