2 days out and I took a drive off pain meds and trying to get back to normal just have to remember to drink

I had my sleeve and gall bladder done on the 20

th. Lord I've never cried this much in my life! The pain is unbearable not to mention I can't get comfortable when I sit or lay down..

I've only had cream of wheat so far.. a little Water and about 10gr of Protein using the Atkins Protein Shake
