DorothyGale 8 Posted August 23, 2013 Headed to a Whole Foods this weekend. I am 6 weeks post op and on regular diet. For anyone who shops at WF, are there any must-get items for sleevers?
ribearty 544 Posted August 23, 2013 PB2 and chocolate PB2. It is powdered Peanut Butter that you can use in shakes and Protein recipes. A lot less calories and more protein.

Beach Lover 1,084 Posted August 24, 2013 They have some great pimento jalapeno cheese spread in the cheese department by the cubed stuff. I love it! There guacamole is to die for! The Soup there is delicious just be careful of the ones loaded with carbs. They have some great mahi mahi for $5.99 in the fresh fish dept. They carry Applegate deli meat but you can get that at Publix also. Everything is great there!

Beach Lover 1,084 Posted August 24, 2013 Do you know if the pimento cheese is made in store or is it shipped in? I believe it is made in store. The clerk let me sample it and when he did all the other clerks came around looking for their sample. The served it on a wafer thin cracker that was so good. It is called Savory Crisps You get 9 crackers for 50 calories and 10 carbs. It was delicious!! They are right there in the cheese section.
Aliceinwonder 11 Posted August 24, 2013 Nancy's organic cottage cheese. Tangy and not as runny as other brands. I'm also addicted to Siggis yogurt. Awesome flavors.

Beach Lover 1,084 Posted August 24, 2013 I get the organic chicken meatballs (Brat Hans brand) and organic deli meats (Applegate Farms). I love the Applegate products especially the grilled chicken and the salami! I have looked at the Brat Hans meatballs but wasn't sure how they would taste. So you like them a lot? How do you fix them?

So you like them a lot? How do you fix them? I'm lazy in the kitchen and these are just heat and eat. I usually add a little sauce and I'm set.
