Tricky tricky Sleeve Buscemi

Recommended Posts

Last night I had chicken, green Beans, and 1/2 a slice of toasted French bread. (Toasted is the only way I can do bread and I know it's bad, but ohhhhh so good on occasion)

Well I measured out the same amount for lunch today because it was enough to fill me up, but not make me overly full.

Ate my chicken. Then my green beans. Got two bites of bread in and realized I was stuffed. Ugh. Stomach decided today I wouldn't be able to eat as much. Just waiting for the icky feeling to pass....

Maybe it's just me but I've noticed by night time my stomach seems to hold more. In the morning it can't hold much so I stick with liquids and by lunch I can eat some but not to the same extent I can around dinner time. Do you think the sleeve is tight in the morning and starts to relax throughout the day as we put liquid and food into it?

But I've also had days where my stomach just can't hold much and days I'm like did I seriously just eat that much!?

I too only drink liquids in the morning and have food for lunch and dinner. The amount I can eat differs from day to day. It's always a great day when I can get 2 extra bites in. Always Protein and veggie's I stay away from the carbs.
