Hi everyone!

Finally, the mushy stage! Wanted to ask you guys, about creamed

Soups. Should I be looking at caliore content in the creamed

soups that I choose? Some are noteably higher in calories and

I didn't know if I should be trying to avoid these kinds of soups.

I love creamed soups by the way!! What do you think??

At this time, your goal is not to count calories or lose weight. It is simply to maintain hydration and allow the stomach to heal. I have been having one cream Soup per day. Even with that and a Protein Shake and Jello and yogurt or tapioca - I'm not hitting 1000 calories per day. Enjoy!

Hi Margret,

I agree w/ Leatha. Focus on healing and following your proper stage of foods. If you enjoy creamy Soups, enjoy... it will probably take you 2-4 meals to eat 1 can. Forget about your pre-band days when you could eat a can of Soup in one sitting! :)

I've been drinking the Campbell's Soup-at-Hand. It's a little more expensive, but it's ready to eat - no adding Water and it's all pretty well blended.
