Congratulations. Are you going through your insurance company? I have to do a six month supervised diet in order to be approve by my insurance company. Why is your surgery date so far? If you don't mind me asking.

no insurance.. self pay.. I start school Monday and classes end at the end of December..lol.. cant miss any classes.
