Unflavored Surgery August 27th! Need good recipes for Unjury Unflavored Protein!

I had my Pre Op appt. today! I had to lose 13 lbs prior to surgery and I lost 17 Also, had to do lab, xray and ekg at hospital. Talked to the anesthesiologist and she is going to give me lots of meds and Patches behind ears to make sure I don't get sick after surgery. I have been trying out different Protein Shake recipes and finding some I like and some I hate. I bought the Unflavored Unjury mix but it tasted horrible with my grape flavored water. I'm going to try it with orange juice or crystal light. Any other ideas?

I had all kinds of flavors for my Protein drinks before the surgery. After the surgery however I couldn't stand any of them. Even sugar free is to sweet! The moral of my story is that you probably shouldn't rely on what you like before the sugary. Your taste buds will be changing drastically soon.

Sorry, I know I didn't answer your question, but I wanted to throw that out there.
