newme_xo 7 Posted August 19, 2013 Hi, I am new to vst and also just started the process to get the vsg i want to know the requirements and steps to get approved for the surgery i have federal bcbs i live in Ri I will be having my surgery at the roger Williams hospital. Before insurance would pay.[/quote'] Really ?! i was told i only had to see a nutritionist for only 3 months that is the part i am most confused about it seems that everyones requirements for the nutritionists is different. notime 340 Posted August 20, 2013 Get the information directly from the best source. Call BCBS Federal and have the representative tell you exactly what is required for the surgery. Ask specifically which section of your benefits plan covers the sleeve. Open up your benefits document online.
