foamies question

Thanks.....yup finished it to get the Protein in......greek yogurt is on my full liquids list.

I put the Protein Powder in it for a different taste.....plain yogurt is getting old...I tell ya, Tuesday and pureed foods can't come soon enough

OK, I guess I must be an anomoly because I don't mind the foamies, I think it's kind of interesting. Maybe it's only been mild?

I spent my first few weeks post op spitting up into a plastic bag while driving my kids to school. If I drank even 1/3 of my Protein Shakes, I foamed over. Now, it's pretty unpredictable. Sometimes I can eat 2 oz, sometimes I can't. It's ok at home, out in public, not so much.

Dannon blends makes a smooth greek yogurt and comes in coconut, orange, lime and something else yummy. Look for them!
