lifelovekix 19 Posted August 18, 2013 I'm not even two weeks out yet but I'm in my diet stages 2 with full and Clear Liquids but I'm curious to know if I can eat pink-berry and FRO-Yo with no toppings?? Rie 6 Posted August 18, 2013 I was told no fruit! I drink the ISO-100 Protein with almond unsweetened mils and its really a smooth drink! lsereno 2,525 Posted August 18, 2013 If the yogurt is too thick, thin it with Water. Any of the mio drink flavorings or sugar free syrups can be used in greek yogurt too.
