NMJG 1,266 Posted August 17, 2013 I have been trying the new Swansons infused chicken broths. The Mexican Tortilla flavor is out of this world. Hot and Sour is good, too, but a bit much the first week after surgery lol. At last, liquid diet with flavor! They are very low calorie, low fat. Great for a pick me up. 2 READY4CHANGE2013 and jakecal413@ reacted to this

littlebitsy 72 Posted August 18, 2013 I will have to check them out next time I go to the store. I've got a few weeks to go before surgery but I'm going to try and stock up on a few things before hand. Not much just enough to get me through a couple weeks. I suppose we could cook some veggies until mushy then blend them into the broth. Add egg to the Hot and Sour might be yummy. Adding yogurt could be good...
