Hi everyone, I was wondering how long after surgery will the Dr allow you to go back to the gym?

It depends in your definition. According to my dr your supposed to start walking right away but your not supposed to start training or lifting for 6 weeks

According to my dr yes. Please keep in mind I have not been sleeved yet so I have not done it myself yet this is just what he told me I am allowed to do
