chibabyy 77 Posted August 17, 2013 I'm so glad that I don't run to food anymore for comfort when I feel depressed to stressed. For example, I went on the scale and realized that all my hard works are not being reflected on the scale, and this got me depressed. I immediately went to the fridge, piled a big bowl of rice with meat to eat and after two spoons, I started getting stomach ache and thank God for my sleeve. That would have been 50lbs added to my hips. 1 gamergirl reacted to this
TJL 222 Posted August 17, 2013 Sometimes it takes a while for your efforts to show up on the scale, you are losing inches and your body takes time to adjust. I understand about the stress eating, I used to do it myself, also if I was just bored. Now I have to go find something else to do besides eat. I lose slowly but it is coming off, we just have to be patient and work through the process.Good luck to you! 1 stamour1 reacted to this
