Theres also shake type isopure....my dr says the Isopure that looks like Gatorade is a clear liquid.... shakes are for later for me...but isopure clear is good!

Yes!! It is but it has to be the bottled kind and its been a great thing the last couple days!

i use a whole bottle in one day just sip on it all day
