I started this on Aug 1st. I also have the ab one but still need to heal a bit more as that one hurt me (not in a good way). So far so good and I'm glad to be half way there!!

This is tough but I can see so many improvements!!

This gives me hope. I want to lose a few more inches before my walk down the isle. And since its a strapless dress, I would like to get my bingo wings under control. :-)
