paper1875 5 Posted August 19, 2013 I try to hit 90 to 120 grams of Protein of course that's not always easy. But I feel like I'm dragging if I don't hit those numbers.

Eskimo_kisses4u 9 Posted August 19, 2013 Rockinbella that is a mistake you only make once. Eskimo I am currently in my second stall. The first was 4 weeks post op and it only lasted a little over a week. This one I am in now has been 4 weeks. To say it isn't frustrating I would be lying however I have been losing inches instead of lbs. I'm glad I'm not alone I felt bad I wasn't losing so early

paper1875 5 Posted August 19, 2013 I drink 2 Premier Protein shakes a day which is 60 grams. Then I try to eat Protein every 2-3 hrs. Examples are ricotta cheese, string cheese, beef Jerky, Peanut Butter on apples. I try and fit these in between Breakfast lunch and dinner. I don't always get it all in but I have very physical job and I have been working out hard so I have found the less protein I have the less energy I have
