back2barb78 890 Posted September 15, 2013 I have a question about Protein drinks because on the preop diets they tell you to drink shakes and never mention the other Protein beverages like Isopure. Does it matter which ones you drink? {)i(} Sent from my iPhone using VST {)i(}

Right I get that part of it but I'm talking about the milky shakes versus the clear Isopure-style Protein Drinks. Is there a difference between those Protein Drinks nutrition wise? I'm going to email my nut and see. {)i(} Sent from my iPhone using VST {)i(}

These just help me reach my protein and Water intake. I make freeze pops and Jello with this drink and then eat it as my snack.< /p>
