Hey Guys i was only put on them as i have up to a 12 month wait and as soon as i get a date i will be stopping them. i needed to start loosing weight now as my health had started to go down hill since i last saw my Dr.

he said i can only stay on them for a few months anyhow.

well as for the weight loss i have lost 3 kg so I'm happy with that.

need to start exercising but have not been doing that much i really need to kick my own ass . lol

well I'm going away today and cant wait we leave at 12. we r going to Warrnambool for 4 nights staying in a cabin. going to watch the sprint cars and the boys are also taking the boat should be a fun weekend.

OK must pack all the things i forgot last night
