Say: Forgot about me already? or how about: am your worst nightmare turn into dream. LOL

I think at this time you need time for yourself not chasing guys. Get your self a good dildo and enjoy looking but not touching (guys).

I don't know. You know what is best for you. I hope everything works out for the better.

HELLO, I just called and left him a message and invited him to something tonight. I don't think he'll call me back. It's okay. Just thought I'd give him a shot. I keep telling myself he doesn't know what he's missing LOL. As for now, I'm not going to stalk the boy. If he wants to call me or text me back he will.

Text him: How about pizza and sex?

Doh! You're moving away from that. And I'm being a bad influence.

But it would at least get you a response. :)

Wow, alot has been said on this topic. I am so happy for all you ladies that commited to getting healthy and fit. I am on my way. I hope in 6 months to be ready for the next step. I want fab breasts and a nice tummy. After reading all about you guys making it I feel so excited. I also wanted to mention I am in a simular situation with my niece and nephew. I am 29 and have taken in my 14 yr old niece and 3 year old nephew. I am in and out of court trying to protect them and I tell you sometimes, I want to eat my way to comfort some days. I don't, but boy do I want to. I have to admit these kids are amazing and I would walk through fire for them. My justice system isn't the best either. The 14 year old is safe but the 3 year old can only stay for 2 years under an order of protection. I am still in the process of getting the court to extend the order. I have had the kids for 6 months. I don't have children or a husband. So you could say I was shocked with what goes into taking care of a 3 yr old.lol. The mother is abusive and has men in and out of the house. I will just say she is not selective and my 14 yr old niece was no longer safe around theses strangers. I will leave that at that. She is amazing though. What bothers me is the courts have a problem with not having enough evidence. Like I filmed it all. A 14 yr olds word isn't enough. DCFS is involved and they are so against the mother getting the children back. She is homeless and keeps getting kicked out of the shelters. She did find a lawyer however. For free, go figure. I can't believe what is available to her. We struggle with a small apt. and food and lawyer bills. Yet she gets a free shelter, food, and lawyer. So confusing. I love these kids and will fight till I can't for them. Plus my niece is a kick butt bootcamp. She is a tough cookie. She is beautiful and thin.lol. She is kicken my butt. When I am to sleepy to workout, well lets just say that is not an option. She puts on a film with the sexy Cillian Murphy and says "get up and work out, then you can get you some of that."lol. I wish. She works out with me every night or 5 times a week if I need a break. She doesn't need to but, I think it's important to stay healthy. So she loves the time we spend working out. She is a ball of energy. I am like" look kid, I am done, cooked, spent, I got nothin left. Let me relax. I'm gettin old". She just says "aww come on 5 more situps." I wanted to share this because you all opened up so much and I was moved. You are all so wonderful and have given me a reason to get excited again. Puddin, WOWWEEE!! You are lookin so amazing. Thanks for reading my rant. Can't wait to be where you are.

Georgia , you crack me up lol . You remind me of a friend of mine I use to go out with all the time when i was single lol.

I use to have a "Rule" when I was single . When guys came up to me and wanted to exchange #'s I would NEVER Take their number , I would only give them mine , that way if they called I knew they were interested .

I wouldnt have to wonder " should i call , should i not , what should I do " . I also never had to wonder if they were drunk and wouldnt remeber me LOL

When I met my husband I gave him my # and he never called me I thought " OH well no biggie " the next weekend I saw him at the same club ( My girlfriends and I went there every Saturday dancing) he came up to me when i was on the dance floor and BEGGED me ( He says he didnt but he DID LOL) for my # again , I told him " Unless you have a pretty good excuse for losing my # to begin with Im not going to give it to you a second time , it must not have been that important to you to keep the first time " He tells me " OH My your # was in my shirt pocket and my mom came over and did my laundry and washed it " I told him it was inventive so I would give it to him again , He called me before i got home that night lol

HAD I known then what I know now about his mother, That was the FIRST sign of things to come LOL . The rest is history as they say .

Mindy

hedwig-

sounds like you have your hand full. If family services is involved, are you able to be a "kinship care foster parent" basically that is the state has custody and you are the foster parent. that way, you recieve a provider check each month to pay for the childrens needs. In MT after 18 months of continued foster placement or state custody the parental rights are severed and the child is place for permentnt adoption. Sounds to me like you need a CASA GAL here, it is an attorney who probono (free) the child as advocate between state, court, parents, and foster parent. Our casa gal just happened to be our family attorney whom my husband has known for 20+ years. He helped alot and took those fights to the next level when I couldnt. Your right birth parents have all the rights, in our case a newborn to 11 month old had none, and that was the hardest to handle.

good luck to you and bless yo for keeping those kids safe. please email me if you have any questions or just need to bend an ear!

Hedwig: God bless you for your efforts. All will be well. You just need to find out what all the possiblities are and use the system the same way that the birthmother uses it. Wishing you the best!

Hedwig, you are so awesome! I can't imagine taking something that monumental on at age 29!!! And without the support of a husband, too. You sound like an incredibly unselfish person. What an awesome experience for you, despite all the hardships that come with it. You're a saint.

For all you who want a dressed pic, here's a sorta before/after that I also posted in the other before/after forum (because it just made sense). Oh, yeah, here's my pic disclaimer: It's a bad one - my swelling is terrible, I'm up a full size because of it, my waist looks huge in this one. I measured this morning and it was 31 inches, even with swelling, and tonight it's nearly 34 inches. But trust me when I say, I'll look hot naked in 6 weeks. Anyone who wants to see can come on over and I'll give ya a peep show and maybe even a lap dance :)

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
